     Tag sale / Auction service includes managing inventory for probate and general sales, items valuation, placement of advertising and conducting sale are all part of the process. Contents of estates or homes can be held in conjunction with the Real Estate Auction.

•  Tag sales services include but are not limited to:

•  Conducting an inventory and sale for probate and estates.

•  Clearing out a property of inventory or contents of a home when its sold

•  Efficient method to handle downsizing to smaller property.

• Professional staff includes appraisers and specialists.
  They value items and conduct inventory as per fee arrangement.

Optional services that may be required are listed separately in the Tag Sale / Auction Agreement, such as removal of items, cleanup etc.

Preparation for includes

1. Scheduled orderly valuation.

2. Tagging, and set up of items essential for an efficient sale.

3. Advertising and promotion.

4. Day of sale: our staff manages the staging of items for sale and the selling process.

Removal and Clean up; a separate fee applies as per the agreement and is not part of the selling process.

Cleaning out the property including cleaning out of basement, arranging pick up etc. are

Owner covers materials for bagging, boxing and packing material if required.

The Tag Sale/Auction Agreement contains itemized services for clarity.
