than 18 years experience as an Auctioneer. She holds a Masters Degree in
Management and is a Certified Auctioneer, graduating as a
"colonial" from the
Continental Auctioneer School Mankato, Minnesota; qualified to conduct
auctions in 46 licensing
states. Dot conducts multi-property
ballroom, on-site estate, caravan, sealed bid or dual bid auctions.
Knipe
worked with Madison Venture Capital in NY and moved into auctions
during the early 1990's recession, continued
thru the latest boom into today's normalization
of market prices.
She is uniquely
qualified to analyze your needs and address them
with marketing solutions that net a sale.

Association. Ms Knipe keeps current with real estate trends, development, syndication
investments and Fifth Preference business for foreign investors.
She manages auctions, conducts training seminars, lectures, manages
